1. Take the little flat white box with black sticks inside
2. Remove the dome tip off the end of your hearing aid (you may need to wiggle it off, or clip it off)
3. Take one black stick out he white box (On one side, will be a new white waxguard and the other side of the stick will be empty)
4. Stick the empty side of the stick into the middle of the waxguard already in the hearing aid (you can either stick it in, or screw it in)
5. Pull out the waxguard from the hearing aid
6. Turn the black stick around and place the new waxguard into the hole in the hearing aid, where the old waxguard used to be
7. Replace the dome back over the waxguard
8. Throw out the used black stick
