To Pair Your Phone to Your Hearing Aids:
Download The Correct App From The App Store (if not done already)
iPhone:
Go To Your iPhone’s Home Screen And Tap On “Settings”
Click On Accessibility
Turn Hearing Aids Off Then On Again (In and Out of Charger or open/close battery door)
Click On “Hearing Devices”
(It Will Search For Your Hearing Aids)
Click On The Hearing Aids found
Click Pair (If You Have Two, You’ll Have To Click Pair Twice)
Your iPhone Is Now Connected To Your Hearing Aids
If You Don’t Want The Phone To Ring Through The Hearing Aids For Calls:
Click on Audio Routing – Click on Never Hearing Devices so the phone doesn’t ring through the hearing aids
Android™:
Go To The Android Phone’s Home Screen And Tap On The “Settings” Icon.
In The Settings Menu, Tap On The Bluetooth Icon.
Turn Your Hearing Aids Off Then On Again
Tap On The Slider Button To Turn Bluetooth On.
On The Android Phone, You Will Now See A Message, “Available Devices.”
The Name Of Your Hearing Aids Will Appear On The Screen With A Telephone Icon Next To It. Tap On It To Select.
A Connection Beep Will Be Heard In The Paired Hearing Aid.
Your Android Phone Is Now Connected To Your Hearing Aids
To Pair with App:
Open the Hearing Aid App and follow instructions on HOW TO PAIR:
Signia – Press Bluetooth Connection for IPhone or Scan QR code provided for Android
Widex – Will connect automatically
